Jinxin Fertility announces new company secretary and authorized representative

Jinxin Fertility Group Limited announced changes to its joint company secretaries and authorized representative, effective October 31, 2025. Ms. Zhai Yangyang and Ms. Ng Sau Mei have tendered their resignations as joint company secretaries. Ms. Ng also resigned from her role as the authorized representative. Ms. Zhai's departure is for personal career development, while Ms. Ng's is due to other work arrangements.

The board has appointed Ms. Chung Man Nar Mona as the new company secretary and authorized representative, also effective October 31, 2025. Ms. Chung is a director in the company secretarial services department of TMF Hong Kong Limited, bringing over 25 years of experience in company secretarial and compliance matters. She is an associate member of both The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute in the United Kingdom.

Both Ms. Zhai and Ms. Ng confirmed no disagreement with the board regarding their resignations. The board expressed gratitude to the outgoing secretaries for their contributions and welcomed Ms. Chung to her new role. The current board of directors includes Mr. Dong Yang, chief executive officer and executive director.
