CGN Power reports unchanged share capital for October

As of October 31, 2025, CGN Power Co. Ltd. reported its total issued H shares remained at 11,163,625,000. The company's H shares showed no movements in issued or treasury shares during the month. Similarly, the number of issued A shares stood at 39,334,986,100, also reflecting no changes for the period. The total authorized/registered share capital for the month ended was RMB 50,498,611,100.

The report also highlighted that CGN Power's A share convertible corporate bonds, totaling RMB 4,900,000,000, were listed and traded on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange as of July 25, 2025. These bonds have a subscription/conversion price of RMB 3.67 and received general meeting approval on August 8, 2024. Despite these convertible bonds, there were no new shares issued or treasury shares transferred out related to these convertibles during October 2025.

The company, incorporated in the People's Republic of China, noted that the concept of "authorized share capital" is not applicable in its context. All declarations regarding the issuer's securities were confirmed to be in compliance with applicable listing rules and legal requirements.
