RemeGen renews key business agreements for three years

RemeGen Co., Ltd. announced the renewal of multiple continuing and one-off connected transactions, effective January 1, 2026, for a three-year term. These renewals include the MabPlex Master Service Agreement, Materials Purchase Framework Agreement, MabPlex Property Lease Agreement, CRC Services Framework Agreement, and General Services Framework Agreement. The new annual caps for the MabPlex Master Service Agreement are RMB50m for 2026 and 2027, and RMB70m for 2028. For the Materials Purchase Framework Agreement, the caps are RMB40m for 2026, RMB80m for 2027, and RMB85m for 2028.

The General Services Framework Agreement has a new annual cap of RMB47m for each of 2026, 2027, and 2028. Additionally, the MabPlex Property Lease Agreement's new annual cap is RMB1.8m for each of these three years. The CRC Services Framework Agreement sees new annual caps of RMB31m for 2026, RMB35m for 2027, and RMB39m for 2028.

The company is also renewing one-off connected transactions, including the Equipment Lease Agreement, Yeda Incubation Building Lease, and MabPlex Apartment Lease Agreement. The Equipment Lease Agreement entails an estimated right-of-use asset of RMB12.513m with annual rentals of RMB4.5m. The Yeda Incubation Building Lease involves a right-of-use asset of approximately RMB108.448m, while the MabPlex Apartment Lease Agreement has annual rentals of RMB3m and a right-of-use asset of approximately RMB8.342m.
