BBMG Corporation to hold EGM for director elections, releases Q3 results

BBMG Corporation will convene its 2025 second extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. in Beijing, PRC. The EGM's agenda includes the proposed election of Mr. Zhao Xinjun as a non-executive director and Ms. Yin Yuanping as an independent non-executive director.
