Yinsheng Digifavor announces board and chairman changes

Yinsheng Digifavor Company Limited announced several changes to its board of directors and chairman, effective October 28, 2025. Mr. Guo Wei will be appointed as an executive director, with an annual emolument of approximately HK$1,200,000. Mr. Chong Wing Kin will join as a non-executive director and assume the role of chairman, receiving an annual emolument of approximately HK$300,000. Mr. Chong currently holds 56,100,000 shares of the company, representing approximately 13.52% of its issued capital.

Concurrently, Dr. Zhou Jinhuang will resign as chairman but remain an executive director and authorised representative. Mr. Fan Weiguo will step down as a non-executive director due to other work commitments. Mr. Guan Heng will also resign as an executive director, but will continue as the chief executive officer of the company. These changes are part of a broader strategic adjustment within the company's leadership structure.
