Far East Horizon lists JPY8 bn sustainability notes on HKEX

Far East Horizon Limited announced the listing of JPY8,000,000,000 2.05 per cent. Sustainability Notes due 2028 on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. These notes (Stock Code: 5998) are issued under the company's existing US$4,000,000,000 Medium Term Note and Perpetual Securities Programme. Permission to deal in the Notes is expected to become effective on 30 October 2025.

The drawdown for these Notes occurred on 28 October 2025 via private placement transactions. The company intends to allocate the net proceeds, or an equivalent amount, exclusively for financing and/or refinancing green and social projects, adhering to its sustainable financing framework.

SMBC Nikko Securities (Hong Kong) Limited and MUFG Securities EMEA plc served as managers for this issuance. The Notes are priced at 100% of their aggregate nominal amount, with a coupon rate of 2.05% and a pricing date of 22 October 2025.
