CIMC Enric shareholders approve financial services framework agreement

CIMC Enric Holdings Limited shareholders approved the Financial Services Framework Agreement (2025) and related deposit services, with 99.928541% of votes cast in favor. A total of 354,011,732 votes were cast for the resolution, against 253,154 votes. The Extraordinary General Meeting took place on October 28, 2025.

As of the EGM date, the company had 2,028,939,588 issued and fully paid-up shares. Controlling shareholder CIMC, holding approximately 70.04% of the share capital, abstained from voting due to material interest in the continuing connected transactions, reducing the total eligible votes to 607,923,377 from independent shareholders.
