China Overseas Property executive director resigns

China Overseas Property Holdings Limited announced the resignation of Mr. Pang Jinying from his roles as executive director, vice president, and alternate to the authorised representative. The change is effective after the Board meeting on October 28, 2025. The company stated this resignation is a result of a realignment of work duties.

Mr. Pang confirmed no disagreement with the Board and indicated no other matters related to his resignation needing disclosure to the Stock Exchange or shareholders. The Board expressed gratitude for Mr. Pang's valuable contributions during his tenure.

As of the announcement date, the Board comprises eight directors: three executive directors, two non-executive directors, and three independent non-executive directors.
