Sun Art Retail Group appoints new company secretary and authorized representative

Sun Art Retail Group Limited announced that Ms. Ho Hang Yu Helen has resigned as the company secretary and authorized representative, with her resignation effective from October 27, 2025. Ms. Ho confirmed no disagreement with the board regarding her departure.

Concurrently, the board has appointed Ms. Wang Ruoyu as the new company secretary and authorized representative, also effective October 27, 2025. Ms. Wang joined the company in October 2025 and is a chartered secretary and chartered governance professional. She holds a bachelor of laws from The Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and a master of laws from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, along with a legal profession qualification certificate in China.

Ms. Wang brings experience from a financial institution and a listed company, with expertise in compliance and company secretarial work. The board expressed gratitude to Ms. Ho for her contributions and welcomed Ms. Wang to her new roles.
