S-Enjoy Update: Board Sees Secretarial, Representative Shifts

Ms. Ng Sau Mei has resigned as joint company secretary, authorized representative, and process agent for S-Enjoy Service Group Co. Limited, effective October 27, 2025. Her departure is due to other work arrangements. The board expressed gratitude for her contributions and confirmed no disagreements regarding her resignation.

Following Ms. Ng's resignation, Ms. Tsui Ka Yan has been appointed as the new joint company secretary, authorized representative, and process agent, also effective October 27, 2025. Mr. Chen Peng will continue as the other joint company secretary. Ms. Tsui brings over eight years of company secretarial experience and holds qualifications from the Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and its UK counterpart.

The company secured a revised waiver from the Stock Exchange for Mr. Chen Peng to act as joint company secretary until November 6, 2027, provided he is assisted by Ms. Tsui during this period. Trading in the company's shares on the Stock Exchange remains suspended since April 1, 2025, and will continue until further notice, though operations are stable.
