S-Enjoy Service Group announces director resignations, board committee changes

S-Enjoy Service Group Co. Limited (Stock Code: 1755) announced the resignations of three non-executive directors, Wang Xiaosong, Lv Xiaoping, and Lu Zhongming, effective October 27, 2025. These resignations follow recommendations from an independent investigation committee to restructure the board composition to enhance independence and address conflicts of interest.

Concurrently, the company announced changes to its board committees, also effective October 27, 2025. Lv Xiaoping ceased to be a member of the nomination committee, and Lu Zhongming ceased his membership on the audit committee. Moving forward, Qi Xiaoming has been appointed to the nomination committee, and Jiang Xuzhi has joined the audit committee.

Trading in S-Enjoy Service Group shares on the Stock Exchange remains suspended, having initially halted at 9:00 a.m. on April 1, 2025, and will continue until further notice. Despite these board changes and the trading suspension, the company emphasized that its operations remain stable and unaffected.
