Hengan International issues fifth tranche of commercial papers

Hengan International Group Company Limited announced the completion of the issuance of its fifth tranche of super short-term commercial papers (SCP) on October 27, 2025. This issuance, referred to as the "Fifth Tranche SCP," amounts to RMB0.5 billion. The papers carry a fixed coupon rate of 1.68% per annum and have a term of 179 days. The proceeds from this issuance are earmarked for the repayment of the company's existing bank loans.

This follows the approval by the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors for the company's debt financing instruments (DFI), which allows for an aggregate amount of not more than RMB7.5 billion. After the completion of this fifth tranche, a remaining DFI amount of RMB3.8 billion remains approved but unissued.

The results of the Fifth Tranche SCP issue will be published on the websites of China Money and Shanghai Clearing House. The board of Hengan International oversaw this latest financial activity.
