Haichang Ocean Park appoints Zhan Xinwei as new CFO and executive director

Haichang Ocean Park Holdings Ltd. announced the appointment of Mr. Zhan Xinwei as chief financial officer and deputy vice president, effective from October 24, 2025. In this role, Mr. Zhan will oversee the president's office and support the chief executive officer in managing and operating the company.

Mr. Zhan Xinwei was also appointed as an executive director of the company on October 17, 2025. The announcement, dated October 26, 2025, from Shanghai, confirms that Mr. Zhan has no relationships with other directors, senior management, or substantial shareholders and holds no other directorships in public companies with securities listed in Hong Kong or overseas during the last three years. He also has no interests in the company's shares.

The current board of directors now includes three executive directors: Mr. Yu Faxiang (chairman), Mr. Ouyang Ming, and Mr. Zhan Xinwei; three non-executive directors; and three independent non-executive directors.
