China Energine to be delisted from Hong Kong Exchange in November 2025

The Listing Committee of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited has resolved to cancel the listing of China Energine International (Holdings) Limited under Rule 6.01A(1). The company will not seek a review of this decision. The last day for trading the shares on the Stock Exchange will be 3 November 2025, with the official delisting taking effect at 9:00 a.m. on 4 November 2025.

Following the delisting, the shares will no longer be traded on the Stock Exchange, eliminating a public market for their trading. The company will also cease to be subject to the Listing Rules, including requirements on corporate governance, financial reporting, and disclosure of inside information. However, share certificates will remain valid as legal proof of ownership.
