Zhaobangji Lifestyle appoints Wen Xiaojian as executive director, interim CEO

Zhaobangji Lifestyle Holdings Limited announced the appointment of Wen Xiaojian as an executive director and interim chief executive officer, effective October 24, 2025. Wen, 43, holds a bachelor's degree in computer science and technology from Shanxi University of Finance and Economics and a master's degree in corporate management from Jinan University.

Wen brings extensive experience from various roles, including head of human resources at Gaoxin Modern System Company Limited, district manager at China Ping An Life Insurance Guangdong Branch, and general manager positions at China Life Insurance Guangzhou Branch and China Merchants Renhe Life Insurance Guangzhou Branch. Most recently, from June 2020 to September 2025, he served as the general manager of Taikang Pension Dongguang Branch.

Under his service agreement, Wen's appointment is for a term of one year, with an annual remuneration of HK$1,500,000. This remuneration was determined by the board based on the remuneration committee's recommendation, considering his experience, responsibilities, the group's remuneration structure, and market benchmarks. Following this appointment, the board will comprise four executive directors and three independent non-executive directors.
