Ten Pao supplements annual report with share scheme details

Ten Pao Group Holdings Limited has provided supplementary information regarding its share schemes for the year ended 31 December 2024. As of both 1 January 2024 and 31 December 2024, the total number of options available for grant under the Share Option Scheme was 99,544,000.

For the Ten Pao Electronic (Huizhou) Share Award Scheme, the total equity available for issue amounted to RMB24,746,341, representing approximately 10% of the total registered capital of Ten Pao Electronic (Huizhou) as of 8 April 2024, the date the scheme was approved. By 31 December 2024, this figure was RMB3,336,341, approximately 1.24% of the total registered capital.

The registered capital that may be issued for awards granted under all Ten Pao Electronic (Huizhou) schemes during the year ended 31 December 2024 represented 8.33% of the weighted average registered capital in issue for the same period. The announcement was made on 24 October 2025 by chairman and chief executive officer Hung Kwong Yee.
