iDreamSky Technology raises HK$259m in new share issuance

iDreamSky Technology Holdings Limited (HKEX:1119) announced the completion of its new share issuance under a general mandate on October 24, 2025. This strategic move involved the successful issuance of 236,216,583 subscription shares at an issue price of HK$1.098 per share, comprising 166,440,983 shares under a capitalization agreement and 69,775,600 shares under a subscription agreement.

The issuance represents approximately 13.09% of the existing issued share capital and 11.57% of the enlarged share capital, bringing the total number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) to 2,041,015,665. The transaction included participation from six subscribers, including strategic shareholders and company management, such as cfo Lei Junwen, as well as four professional investment agencies focused on high-tech and entertainment sectors.

These new investors are expected to provide financial support for business development and bring long-term strategic benefits to iDreamSky Technology, affirming confidence in the company's growth prospects.
