Angelalign Technology names Song Xin chief strategy officer

Angelalign Technology Inc. has announced the establishment of a new senior management position, the chief strategy officer, effective November 1, 2025. Song Xin, currently an executive director, has been appointed to this new role. His primary responsibilities will include leading the company's medium- to long-term strategic planning, implementing key strategic projects, spearheading innovation initiatives, and fostering synergies across its investment portfolio companies.

Upon assuming the chief strategy officer role, Song will cease to serve as the chief operating officer of the company. The board expressed its sincere gratitude for Song's contributions as COO and anticipates his continued leadership will enable Angelalign Technology to leverage its success in China on a global scale, accelerate strategic execution, and explore future innovation opportunities.

The announcement, dated October 24, 2025, also details the current board composition. Executive directors include Hu Jiezhang, Huang Kun, Song Xin, and Dong Li. Feng Dai serves as a non-executive director and chairman, while independent non-executive directors are Han Xiaojing, Shi Zi, and Zhou Hao.
