Zai Lab to release third-quarter 2025 results November 6

Zai Lab Limited will announce its unaudited third-quarter 2025 results for the period ended September 30, 2025, on Thursday, November 6, 2025. The Audit Committee of the Board will convene on the same day to consider and approve these Q3 results, prepared in accordance with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. The official announcement will be published on the websites of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and Zai Lab following approval.

Following the results release, Zai Lab's management will host a live earnings teleconference and webcast.
