Newborn Town reports strong Q3 2025 growth in social networking, innovative businesses

Newborn Town Inc. announced substantial growth in its social networking business, with accumulative downloads reaching approximately 920 million by September 30, 2025, a 5.7% increase from June 30, 2025. The average monthly active users for social networking hit approximately 34.08 million in the third quarter of 2025, up 0.7% from the preceding quarter. Revenue from this segment is projected to be between RMB4,380 million and RMB4,440 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2025, marking a 34.5% to 36.4% year-on-year increase, driven by diversified social products and AI technology.

The company's innovative business also demonstrated strong performance, with expected revenue of approximately RMB530 million to RMB550 million for the first nine months of 2025. This represents a substantial increase of 69.9% to 76.3% compared to the corresponding period in 2024. Growth in this segment was attributed to the development of its traffic diversion, social e-commerce, short drama, and niche games businesses.
