Financial Street Securities completes name change, trading update

Financial Street Securities Co., Limited, formerly known as HENGTAI SECURITIES CO., LTD., has officially completed its company name change. The English name changed from HENGTAI SECURITIES CO., LTD. to Financial Street Securities Co., Limited. This change, effective October 28, 2025, follows regulatory procedures and the reissuance of its business license.

The company's stock short name for trading H Shares on the stock exchange will also be updated. The English short name will change from HENGTOU SEC to FIN STREET SEC. This change will take effect from 9:00 a.m. on October 28, 2025.

Existing share certificates bearing the former name will remain valid for all purposes, and no exchange of certificates will be arranged. New share certificates will be issued under the company's new name. The stock code for the H Shares, 01476, remains unchanged.
