XD Inc. increases issued share capital through option exercise

XD Inc. reported a change in its issued share capital, with an increase of 1,600 ordinary shares on October 22, 2025. This adjustment follows the exercise of share options granted under a plan adopted by the company on June 25, 2021, by an eligible participant. The newly issued shares represent 0.0003% of the existing number of issued shares before this event.

The issue price for these ordinary shares was HK$37.01 per share. Consequently, XD Inc.'s total issued shares increased from 494,870,714 to 494,872,314. There were no changes in the number of treasury shares, which remained at zero.

The company confirmed that all necessary conditions for the listing of these securities have been fulfilled, including the receipt of all money due to the issuer and compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements. All new securities are identical in all respects to the existing shares.
