Sunkwan Properties: Hong Kong Exchange to delist shares

The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the Exchange) has announced that Sunkwan Properties Group Limited's shares will be delisted, effective 9:00 am on October 27, 2025. This decision was made under Rule 6.01A(1) of the Exchange's regulations.

Trading in Sunkwan Properties Group's shares has been suspended since April 2, 2024. The Listing Committee decided to cancel the listing on October 10, 2025, after the company failed to meet the resumption guidance and restart trading by October 1, 2025, as required by Rule 6.01A(1).
