The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited announced the cancellation of Pujiang International Group Limited's listing, effective from 9:00 am on 27 October 2025. This decision, made under Rule 6.01A(1), follows the company's failure to resume trading in its shares by the 1 October 2025 deadline.

Trading in Pujiang International Group's shares has been suspended since 2 April 2024. The listing committee formally decided to cancel the listing on 10 October 2025, after the company did not fulfill the resumption guidance set by the exchange.
