Dynagreen moves up 2025 interim dividend payment date

Dynagreen Environmental Protection Group Co. has announced a change to the payment date for its 2025 interim dividend. The payment date for H shares, originally set for 18 November 2025, has been moved forward to 11 November 2025. This update follows the initial announcement dated 19 September 2025 regarding the consideration and approval of the interim dividend payment plan for 2025.

The interim dividend, declared for the financial year ending 31 December 2025, remains RMB 0.1 per share, with the default payment in HKD 0.1095 per share. The ex-dividend date is 02 October 2025, with the book close period from 06 October 2025 to 10 October 2025, and the record date set for 10 October 2025.

Withholding tax rates of 10% will be applied to non-resident individual and enterprise shareholders whose registered address is outside the PRC. All other details of the interim dividend, including the amount and reporting period ending 30 June 2025, remain unchanged from the previous disclosure.
