China Communications Construction reports strong new contract growth, exceeding 67% of annual target

China Communications Construction Company Limited (the "Group") reported a 4.65% year-on-year increase in new contract value, reaching RMB1,339,970 million by the third quarter of 2025. This achievement represents 67% of the Group’s annual goal, building on RMB1,881,185 million in new contracts from 2024. Infrastructure construction business led with RMB1,222,440 million, while infrastructure design, dredging, and other businesses contributed RMB30,430 million, RMB78,833 million, and RMB8,267 million, respectively.

Domestic contracts accounted for RMB1,055,912 million, reflecting a 4.00% increase, while overseas markets showed stronger growth, with new contracts totaling RMB284,058 million, marking a 7.13% rise and making up 21% of the Group's new contracts. Emerging business areas, including energy conservation, new energy, new materials, and new-generation information technology, saw a 9.38% increase, bringing in RMB466,379 million in new contracts.

The Group's infrastructure and other investment projects, confirmed by shareholding ratio, amounted to RMB76,584 million, a 5.33% decrease from the previous year. The estimated value of construction and installation contracts to be undertaken is RMB60,050 million. Notably, major contracts signed in the period include the G7021 Ningwu Expressway project for RMB20,131 million and the He County-Wuwei Section of Nanjing-Jiujiang Expressway for RMB5,374 million.
