Bank of China schedules Q3 2025 results presentation

Bank of China Limited will host its 2025 third quarter results presentation on 29 October 2025, from 16:30 to 17:30. The presentation will be conducted through an online text interaction format via the SSE Roadshow Center (https://roadshow.sseinfo.com). The event aims to communicate the bank's third-quarter results and operations, addressing questions from investors.

Investors are invited to submit questions in advance to ir@bankofchina.com by 17:00 on 27 October 2025, or they may ask questions during the live online session. The bank's investor relations team will be available for contact. The proceedings of the presentation will also be made available for review on the SSE Roadshow Center following the event.

Participants will include the secretary to the board of directors and heads of relevant business departments. As of the announcement date, Bank of China’s board of directors includes Ge Haijiao, Zhang Hui, Liu Jin, and Zhang Yong, among others.
