Roiserv Lifestyle Services announces EGM results, leadership changes

Roiserv Lifestyle Services Co., Ltd. announced the poll results of its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on October 21, 2025, where shareholders approved key resolutions. Shareholders representing 282,040,000 shares, or approximately 75.01% of issued shares, attended the EGM.

An ordinary resolution for the appointment of Mr. Wu Qiuyun as an executive director was passed with 282,040,000 votes (100%) in favor. Following the EGM, Mr. Wu was also appointed as chairman of the board, chairman of the nomination committee, and a member of the remuneration committee. A special resolution to amend the Articles of Association and abolish the supervisory committee also passed with 282,040,000 votes (100%) in favor, with the audit committee now exercising the supervisory committee's powers and duties.

Additionally, Mr. Long Xiaokang was elected as an employee representative director at a separate meeting on October 21, 2025. All existing supervisors have ceased their roles, and Mr. Long Xiaokang, an executive director, will continue to serve until the expiration of the second session of the board.
