AI Health Technology updates capital reorganization timeline

AI Health Technology Limited has announced an update to the expected timetable for its capital reorganization, which includes a proposed capital reduction and share sub-division. The Grand Court of the Cayman Islands will hold a hearing for the petition to confirm the capital reduction on Wednesday, 26 November 2025, at 10:00 a.m. (Cayman Islands time).

Following court confirmation, the registration of the court order with the registrar of companies in the Cayman Islands is expected by Friday, 28 November 2025. The capital reorganization is then anticipated to become effective before 9:00 a.m. on Monday, 1 December 2025, with dealing in the new shares commencing at 9:00 a.m. on the same day.

The free exchange period for existing share certificates to new share certificates will begin on Monday, 1 December 2025, and conclude on Friday, 9 January 2026. This announcement follows the company's circular dated 15 August 2025 regarding the capital reorganization.
