Ping An completes capital change and articles amendments after share repurchase

Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China, Ltd. has announced the completion of its registered capital change and amendments to its Articles of Association, effective October 20, 2025. The company finalized the cancellation of 102,592,612 A shares under its 2021 A Share Repurchase Plan.
