Zhongyuan Bank appoints new president, executive director

Mr. Liu Kai ceased to be the president of Zhongyuan Bank Co., Ltd. effective October 17, 2025, due to a change in job assignment. Following his resignation, Mr. Liu will no longer hold any position with the bank. The board expressed its appreciation for his contributions during his tenure.

The board has approved the appointment of Mr. Zhou Feng, born in January 1977, as the new president of the bank and proposed his appointment as an executive director of the third session of the board. Mr. Zhou's qualification as president requires approval from the National Financial Regulatory Administration Henan Office, while his executive director appointment is subject to shareholder and regulatory approval.

Mr. Zhou holds a doctoral degree and has extensive experience, including serving as deputy secretary-general of the People's Government of Henan Province and vice mayor of Puyang City. His term as president will commence upon regulatory approval of his qualification, and his term as executive director will begin after shareholder and regulatory approvals, subject to re-election.
