Towngas Smart Energy expands share capital with scrip dividend

Towngas Smart Energy Company Limited reported an increase in its issued share capital, effective October 17, 2025, due to a scrip dividend. The company issued 31,924,173 new ordinary shares, representing a 0.878% increase from the previous issued share capital.

The new shares were issued as part of the scrip dividend arrangement for the interim dividend covering the six months ended June 30, 2025. The issue price per share was HK$3.998.

This transaction brings the total number of issued shares for Towngas Smart Energy Company Limited to 3,668,633,180, up from 3,636,709,007 shares as of October 15, 2025.
