Ganfeng Lithium to hold board meeting, elects new employee director

Ganfeng Lithium Group Co., Ltd. announced a board meeting for Tuesday, October 28, 2025, to consider and approve its third quarterly report for the nine months ended September 30, 2025. Concurrently, the company announced the election of Ms. Liao Cui as an employee director for the sixth session of the board, with her term commencing October 14, 2025. Ms. Liao, a master's graduate in analytical chemistry, joined Ganfeng Lithium in 2013 and has served as general manager of a wholly-owned subsidiary since January 2021. She holds 1,140,619 A shares of the company, comprising 14,600 A shares and 1,126,019 units of the employee stock ownership plan.

The company also confirmed the expiration of the supervisory committee's term and stated it will no longer maintain such a committee. All supervisors have confirmed no disagreements with the board. The updated board now includes Ms. Liao Cui as an employee representative director, alongside existing executive, non-executive, and independent non-executive directors.

The company's board committee structure reveals that Mr. Li Liangbin chairs the strategy committee, Mr. Wang Xiaoshen serves on the strategy and sustainable development committees, and Ms. Liao Cui is not listed on any of the board committees including strategy, audit, nomination, remuneration, or sustainable development committees.
