Dongfang Electric board to meet on Q3 results

Dongfang Electric Corporation Limited has announced that its board of directors will hold a meeting on Thursday, October 30, 2025. The meeting, to be held in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, PRC, will focus on considering and approving the unaudited third quarterly results for the nine months ended September 30, 2025, and their subsequent publication.

The announcement, issued on October 17, 2025, also listed the company's current board of directors. Luo Qianyi serves as chairman and non-executive director alongside Zhang Shaofeng. The executive directors are Zhang Yanjun and Sun Guojun, while Huang Feng, Zeng Daorong, and Chen Yu are the independent non-executive directors. The announcement was made by Feng Yong, joint company secretary, by order of the board.
