China Zheshang Bank to review third quarter results on October 30

China Zheshang Bank Co., Ltd. announced that its board of directors will convene on Thursday, October 30, 2025. The primary purpose of this meeting is to consider and approve the bank's third-quarter results for the nine months ended September 30, 2025, and to authorize their subsequent publication.

The announcement was made from Hangzhou, PRC, on October 17, 2025. As of this date, the bank’s executive directors include Mr. Chen Haiqiang, who also serves as executive director and president, and Ms. Ma Hong.
