China Yuhua Education announces new board and committee roles

China Yuhua Education Corporation Limited has released an updated list of its board of directors and their respective roles and functions. The executive directors include Li Guangyu as chairman, Li Hua as vice chairman, and Ren Yandan. The independent non-executive directors are Chen Lei, Zhang Zhixue, and Fan Nannan.

The company's board has three committees: audit, remuneration, and nomination. Li Guangyu serves as chairman of the nomination committee. Li Hua is a member of the remuneration committee. Ren Yandan currently does not hold a position on any of these committees.

Among the independent non-executive directors, Chen Lei chairs the audit committee. Zhang Zhixue is a member of the audit committee and chairman of the remuneration committee, while also being a member of the nomination committee. Fan Nannan is a member of both the audit and remuneration committees, as well as the nomination committee. This announcement was made in Hong Kong on October 17, 2025.
