Sands China announces updated board and committee leadership

Sands China Ltd. (stock code: 1928) has detailed the current list of directors and their roles and functions within the company and its five established committees, effective October 16, 2025. The board comprises executive directors Wong Ying Wai (executive vice chairman) and Chum Kwan Lock, Grant (chief executive officer and president). Non-executive directors include Robert Glen Goldstein (chairman of the board), Patrick Sydney Dumont, and Charles Daniel Forman.
