Jinke Smart Services Group Co., Ltd. has provided information regarding the compensation of its president, Han Qiang, and executive general manager, Luo Chuansong. For 2022, Han Qiang's total pay was 2,190,000 yuan, comprising salaries, bonuses, housing allowance, and employer's contribution to a retirement benefit scheme.

In 2023, Han Qiang’s total pay increased to 3,408,000 yuan, with components including salaries of 1,840,000 yuan and share-based payments of 892,000 yuan. Luo Chuansong's pay for 2023 totaled 2,874,000 yuan, which included 1,447,000 yuan in salaries and 755,000 yuan in share-based payments.

Looking ahead to 2024, Han Qiang’s projected total pay is 4,389,000 yuan, including 1,912,000 yuan in salaries and 1,956,000 yuan in share-based payments.
