Immunotech Biopharm appoints Cao Ran as new non-executive director

Immunotech Biopharm Ltd has announced the appointment of Cao Ran as a non-executive director and a member of the audit committee, effective October 16, 2025. Cao, 43, holds a bachelor of engineering in pharmaceutical engineering from Beijing Union University and brings extensive experience in pharmaceutical production and operational management, having previously served at China Resources Double-Crane Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and China Resources Pharmaceutical Holdings Co., Ltd. His appointment is for a three-year term, subject to re-election. Cao will not receive a director's fee for his appointment.

Concurrently, Yu Xiaohui has resigned from her positions as a non-executive director and a member of the audit committee, also effective October 16, 2025, due to other job arrangements. The board confirmed that Yu had no disagreements regarding her resignation.

As of the announcement date, the board comprises Tan Zheng as chairman and executive director, alongside six other non-executive directors, including the newly appointed Cao Ran, and four independent non-executive directors.
