China Next-Gen Commerce announces joint company secretary resignation

China Next-Gen Commerce and Supply Chain Limited (formerly S&T Holdings Limited) announced the resignation of Ms. Ding Ziyi as a joint company secretary, effective October 16, 2025. Ms. Ding will continue in her capacity as an executive director, with her primary focus for the short term aligning with this role.

Following Ms. Ding's resignation, Ms. Leong Kai Weng Subrina will assume the role of sole company secretary for the company. Ms. Leong meets the qualifications outlined in Rules 3.28 and 8.17 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Ms. Ding has confirmed no disagreements with the board, and no other related matters need to be brought to shareholder attention.
