Xin Point Holdings appoints new chief financial officer

Xin Point Holdings Limited announced the appointment of Cheung Ho Fung as its chief financial officer (CFO), effective October 15, 2025. Cheung, currently a finance director, will be responsible for the group's accounting and financial management, external financial liaison, acquisition evaluation, performance review, and investor relations.

Cheung, 36, joined the group in December 2023. He brings approximately 15 years of experience, including previous roles as financial controller at Accelleron Turbo Systems (Hong Kong) Limited from January to December 2023, and finance manager at Amperex Technology Limited from November 2015 to January 2023. His earlier career includes an accountant role at ASMPT Limited and a senior accountant position at Ernst & Young.

Concurrently with Cheung's appointment, Li Chak Fu, another finance director, will no longer be responsible for liaising with external parties on financial matters or managing investor relations. Li will continue to oversee the group's accounting and financial management functions.
