Beijing Urban Construction Design wins major projects worth 3.175 bn yuan

Beijing Urban Construction Design & Development Group Co., Limited reported total unaudited bid wins of approximately 3.175 billion yuan for major projects in the third quarter ending September 30, 2025. This includes approximately 250 million yuan from the survey, design, and consultancy segment and 2.925 billion yuan from the construction general contracting segment.

Key projects in the survey, design, and consultancy segment include an Integrated Heating Project in Beijing (4,018.68 yuan), third-party safety services for Shenyang Metro (2,621.53 yuan), and a new construction project in Pinggu District (1,789.00 yuan). Other notable wins in this segment covered urban rail transit planning, civil air defense equipment design, and integrated energy projects.

In the construction general contracting segment, significant contracts were awarded for the Beijing Railway Transit Line R4 (154,373.78 yuan) and M101 (69,024.77 yuan) projects, and the Beijing Suburban Railway Northeast Ring Line (60,809.09 yuan). Smaller, yet substantial, projects involved stormwater pipeline renovation in Xi'an and distributed power generation projects in Qingdao.
