Zonqing Environmental updates share option scheme details

Zonqing Environmental Limited has released a supplemental announcement to its 2024 Annual Report, detailing updated information on its share option scheme adopted on 14 December 2020. Initially, the scheme made 27,500,000 shares available for issue, representing approximately 3.3% of the total shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) as of the 2024 Annual Report date.

Following the subdivision of shares, effective 1 August 2024, where each share of nominal value HK$0.001 was subdivided into three shares of HK$0.0003 each, the total number of shares available under the scheme has been adjusted. This adjustment brings the total to 82,500,000 shares.

This revised figure now represents approximately 10.0% of the total shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) as of the 2024 Annual Report date. The company confirms that other information in the 2024 Annual Report remains unchanged.
