ENN Energy updates share capital amidst privatization proposal

ENN Energy Holdings Limited reported that on October 14, 2025, 49,000 ENN Share Options from its 2012 Share Option Scheme were exercised. This resulted in the issue of 49,000 new ENN Shares.

Following this activity, the company's relevant securities now comprise 1,131,305,275 ENN Shares in issue, 5,323,026 ENN Share Options, and 259,000 ENN Share Awards. The share awards are not convertible into ENN Shares. Shareholders are reminded that a privatization proposal by Xinneng (Hong Kong) Energy Investment Limited remains subject to pre-conditions and conditions.
