Seazen Group reports strong September 2025 operating results

Seazen Group Limited achieved contracted sales of approximately RMB1.484 bn in September 2025, with a corresponding sales area of 211,300 sq.m. For the first nine months of 2025, aggregated contracted sales reached approximately RMB15.050 bn, covering an area of 1,959,100 sq.m.

The group's property leasing operations also showed strong performance. In September 2025, Seazen Group managed 177 properties for lease, totaling approximately 16,300,200 sq.m. in gross floor area. Rental income for the month was approximately RMB1.094 bn, with commercial operating income (tax-included rental income) at approximately RMB1.173 bn.

Cumulatively, from January to September 2025, the aggregated rental income amounted to approximately RMB9.807 bn, and the aggregated commercial operating income reached approximately RMB10.511 bn. These figures are based on preliminary internal information.
