ENN Energy updates share capital ahead of privatization proposal

ENN Energy Holdings Limited announced on October 13, 2025, an update to its relevant securities following the exercise of 1,000 ENN Share Options granted under the ENN 2012 Share Option Scheme. This resulted in the issue of 1,000 new ENN Shares.
