Ping An Healthcare to announce Q3 2025 results

Ping An Healthcare and Technology Company Limited has announced its board of directors will convene a meeting on Thursday, October 23, 2025. The primary purpose is to consider and approve the unaudited third-quarter results for the Group for the nine months ended September 30, 2025, along with their subsequent publication.

The announcement was made in Shanghai, PRC, on October 10, 2025. The board of Ping An Healthcare and Technology Company Limited comprises a diverse team of executive, non-executive, and independent non-executive directors.

The current board includes Mr. Mingke He and Ms. Luoqi Zang as executive directors; Mr. Michael Guo, Ms. Xin Fu, Ms. Fangfang Cai, and Mr. Ziyang Zhu as non-executive directors; and Mr. Yunwei Tang, Mr. Tianyong Guo, and Dr. Wing Kin Anthony Chow as independent non-executive directors. Mr. Michael Guo serves as the chairman.
