Haitong Unitrust appoints Wu Jian as new employee director

Haitong Unitrust International Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. announced the election of Ms. Wu Jian as the new employee director for its third session of the board of directors. Ms. Wu's term will commence on October 10, 2025, and continue until the expiry of the current board's term. This election was made during the eighth meeting of the company's third session of the employees' representative assembly.

Following her election, Ms. Wu will also serve as a member of the audit committee of the third session of the board, effective from October 10, 2025. Her tenure on the audit committee will align with her term as an employee director. The company will enter into a director's service contract with Ms. Wu, who will not receive director's fees for this role, but will be compensated for her other internal positions.

Ms. Wu Jian, aged 51, holds a master's degree in finance and has an extensive background within the company and its affiliates. She has served as a member of the party committee since June 2016, secretary of the discipline inspection commission since November 2016, and chairlady of the labor union since March 2019. Prior to her directorship, Ms. Wu held various senior management roles at Haitong Unitrust and Haitong Securities Co., Ltd.
