XD Inc. expands shares after option exercises

XD Inc. disclosed an increase in its issued ordinary shares on October 9, 2025, as detailed in its Next Day Disclosure Return. The total number of issued shares for the company rose to 494,868,114.

This increase stems from two separate events of share option exercises. The first involved the issue of 800 new shares at an issue price of HK$16.72 per share, representing 0.0002% of the existing issued shares before the event.

The second event further contributed to the rise with the issue of 2,000 new shares at HK$37.01 each, which accounted for 0.0004% of the existing issued shares. Both issuances were a result of exercises under a share option plan adopted by the company on June 25, 2021, by eligible participants.
