Tibet Water Resources Ltd. has announced a proposed change to its English name to "5100 Xizang Glacier Company Limited." An extraordinary general meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. in Hong Kong, where shareholders will vote on a special resolution to approve the proposed name change. The change is conditional upon shareholder approval at the EGM and subsequent approval from the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands. New share certificates will reflect the updated name, though existing certificates will remain valid.
